“This was a very drawn out process that took longer than it needed to. A lot of phone calls and explanations. Separate portal requests for proof of documents, some of which were unrealistic. We eventually got everything signed off, but not without a lot of calls from myself. Allison who managed to resolve the issues on the final day is worth a mention. I wish I had her from the start instead of 5 different people”

“Finance agreement wasn't provided upfront, I had to send over several bits of personal information, sign and pay the deposit prior to actually seeing the breakdown written down. It was verbally provided by the vendor but didn't feel very secure. Perhaps an admin problem or general disorganisation.”
