“First of all, I was kind of blown away to see the pea protein crumbles delivered in a black plastic bag the size of a trash bag! I guess I didn't take the title bulk as seriously as I should have. Not long after, however, I regrouped, found a couple of nice containers and transferred some of the plant crumbles into them. The big black trash bag got resealed and put into a bin. As for the crumbles themselves, they take on the taste of whatever you season them with, and they're very good for protein. Obviously, buying bulk was a great money saver so I would probably do it again!”

Eventually you move on to other recipes, until one day you learn how to make BBQ soy curls. You try it on a burger bun. Pretty good. Then you get some steak rolls and make a batch of juicy BBQ soy curls. One day you find yourself planning national summer holidays around BBQ soy curls. Then it's most weekends. You find yourself in the kitchen at 11 on a Tuesday night having a BBQ soy curls sandwich. But I'm not really addicted. I know, I'll put a couple of bags in my t-shirt drawer just for an 'emergency.' If I run out of rolls I can always have some over rice. Eventually you find yourself cooking BBQ soy curls on the bank of Denial River. Really, I'm not hooked!”
