“Una ayuda para hacer invertidas sin presionar cervicales, estoy aprendiendo sus posibilidades y ha hacer sirsasana de otra manera, me costo decidirme ha utilizarlo, hace posible que pueda ser mas facil llegar a hecer invertidas para otras personas que puedan tener mas dificultad o una lesion como me paso a mi. Mi agradecimiento a la persona que tuvo tan buena idea. Los materiales son agadables y su montaje simple y a la vez sostiene muy bien. Gracias!”

“The bench is good in general terms but the quality of the screws that come with it is frankly very poor and is not at all up to the product or the price paid. The screw material and heads are specifically of poor quality, making assembly and potentially future maintenance difficult. A shame and in my opinion a mistake on the part of the company. El banco está bien en líneas generales pero la calidad de la tornillería que lo acompaña es francamente muy pobre y no está en absoluto a la altura del producto ni del precio pagado. Las cabezas de los tornillos de una calidad pésima viniendo con bastante holgura y dificultando el montaje. (Y en el futuro el mantenimiento). Una pena y en mi opinión un error por parte de la empresa.”

“Das Gefühl, Kopf zu stehen, gesichert und ohne Belastung auf der Halswirbelsäule ist unfassbar entspannend. Der ganze Rücken und Wirbelsäule ist frei und entlastet. Die unterschiedlichen Übungen sind sehr anregend. Und dann ist es ja zusätzlich ein hübscher Hocker. Einfach top!”
