“In August 2022, we needed to purchase approx 15 'Fire Hose Reel' signs. I found this company online and spoke with Jamie regarding our needs.
We needed these signs for our compliance (as a caravan park business), they were installed in the places they needed to be. 4 weeks later the signs started to fade significantly. Jamie had recommended these signs for outside use and said they would not fade. A lot of them have now faded beyond recognition.
We have sent multiple emails regarding this, with photos attached. Jamie responded once on 13th September 2022, saying "this is strange, I will contact the manufacturer and hope to have this resolved asap".
We have since sent 3 emails with NO response.
We understand things like this can and do happen, however we are extremely disappointed that we have not even been offered a return, nor had any proper contact from the company. They will not return calls or emails.
It would appear we have been faulty signs, therefore should be issued a refund.
Fire Extinguisher Shop - please return our calls or emails. We would love to get this sorted and put behind us.”
