“The training was brilliant, Laura was knowledgable and patient and made sure that all the guys had the information that they needed. The team loved the fire extinguisher training too, saying it was the highlight of their day.”

“Have used Fire safety training over the last year for First Aid, Fire Safety & GDPR training and have been very impressed with the service. I have found all the trainers to be highly skilled and engaging. Where necessary they were also able to adapt their sessions to meet the accessibility needs of certain members of the group. Feedback from staff and volunteers after the training has been overwhelmingly positive. The customer service team are very helpful and professional, if I had any issues or queries it was always quick and easy to speak with someone. I would not hesitate to recommend this company”

“My request was promptly actioned by Jonathan and the required training was ready for my colleagues within 24 hours. FSTatW are always prompt with their response and efficient at dealing with any queries. The portal is easy to use/navigate.”
