“I generally always have a very good experience browsing and shopping Game Nerdz. I love the product selection, prices, reward program, and fast shipping, and the notify me feature actually works! I can't speak to Game Nerdz customer service experience because I've never needed to contact them, which may speak for itself after numerous purchases. For critiques, one would be that the filtering feature could be improved. For example, I shop a lot of Flesh and Blood, and there aren't options to filter by class or card type, as well as limited sorting capabilities in other areas, such as sleeves. Additionally, I recently pre-ordered FAB's Omens, and it would have been nice to get an update after the prospective May 31 ship date came and went so that I knew when I could expect my boxes to ship/arrive. I didn't see any notifications until it actually shipped a few days later. So much excitement during new set releases, so it left me a little antsy. As I find these critiques to be minor, Game Nerdz still has a 5 star rating for me.”
