“The customer service team at Game Nerdz is always exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, proactive communication could use some improvement. I placed an order containing a pre-order item, knowing the entire shipment would hold until that item released. Two weeks after the release date passed, my order still hadn't shipped. When I called, the representative kindly explained they hadn't received the shipment from the distributor yet and immediately helped me remove the pre-order item so the rest of my order could dispatch right away. While Game Nerdz should ideally notify customers ahead of time regarding distributor delays, their phone support handled the situation wonderfully. Still deserving of 5 stars for the great service!”

“This is in regard to my most recent online purchase and the my general issue with Game Nerdz's marketing approach. I preordered the recently released Palworld TCG booster box and both trial decks. At the time of the initial release, the booster boxes were ~$45 and trial decks were ~$20ea. That is reasonably priced and I didn't expect significant changes to the price after release as I thought there would be some protections in place to prevent scalpers/general bad apples from ruining another IP. I recieved my order and the products were great! My frustration and disappointment is how on the day of delivery, I opened my items and decided I wanted to purchase another booster box. I went to their website to purchase and was jaw-droppingly shocked at how the price skyrocketed from the intial $45 to $180 for ONE BOX. This bring me to my overarching frustration with how Game Nerdz handles their pricing. It's based off of market value, not MSRP. While inherently not a bad thing, it becomes horrible when scalpers hoard products and artificially hyperinflate products. This isn't just a problem with Palworld TCG, it's a problem with most major collector's products, Pokemon TCG, One Piece, Magic, etc. I expected Game Nerdz to have some kind of protection in place to actually help get products into the hands of people who want to play and collect. Have the option to purchase a limited quanitity at the price of original WITH receipt or limit it based on credit card. Something to make me want to buy again from them. I won't touch anything until prices fall back to being reasonable.”
