“We sold some cards to game nerdz for store credit and had a hard time redeeming that credit in store. Supposedly it can only be done online unless you buy a gift card. So, I bought a gift card but never got it and never got to use it. My son is very upset that he couldnt use that store credit to buy more cards and wishes he never sold them to game nerdz to begin with. When I call Game Nerdz, they stated the gift cards are outsourced to another company and he couldn't help me either. This issue still isn't resolved. Very Dissapointing Experience!”
