“Firstly , the positive. Products exceeded my expectations i loved every item and will definitely order more. Negatives , i could not see delivery schedules but ordered on a Wednesday for a birthday following Tue . Received no despatch info as promised so contacted Monday looking for update or to cancel if not despatched so i could purchase locally , bit silly of me to leave so late anyway. Received very prompt reply from lady who advised it was shipped on a next day service and maybe my postman left a card ? I thought this was a bit strange as if i had a card i wouldnt have had to send the email but having been assured it had been sent decided to give it to the following morning , sadly no luck. Chased up again with gift pop and after requesting was given a photocopy of a till receipt and advised to speak to my postman again and check spam for info (there was nothing) . Local postie also said he hadnt had a parcel all week for me So not sure where parcel was i had to go to 3 post offices in the vicinity hoping it was back with them .Located the parcel day after the birthday having had to buy another present . Post office said delivery attempted on a day and time i was at home , my postie thinks routed incorrectly and someone else got my card, All good now , had it arrived when sent would have been fab service , so issue caused by Royal Mail . I was bit disappointed though that no one took charge to assist me getting the parcel for the birthday whilst there was still time, In the end i had to collect after the event rather than it being delivered as i paid for
Had i been advised the delivery had been attempted on a specific day this would have made it more clear what to do rather than me waiting an additional day thinking it was still out there . I have kept the birthday item for myself (tassel ) as i bought something else so not a problem , really just some feedback that hopefully helps improve issues of this nature”
