“We could not be happier, Richard was compassionate and understanding, he explained the process so well that we could easily understand it. The whole thing was completed a lot quicker than we had been led to believe would be the case by others. Richard put us at our ease which really helped. I will not hesitate to reccomend Green Lane to anyone & have infact already done so for 2 sets of relatives who have unfortunately found themselves in similar positions recently.”

“Probate to me was a complete and utter minefield . I didn’t have a clue where to start! So from the first phone call that I made to Richard Johnson about helping me with my late husband will and dealing with probate was a huge relief. They help me put mind completely at ease . All of the way he kept in touch with me about what was going on I am extremely grateful”

“recently waited over a 9 mouths for a probate with a solicitors in Erdington esn solicitors l made us wait over the 9 mouthsbefore telling us they hadn't even applied for a probate so rang green Lane legal and spoke with Richard Johnsonhe told me they can get it do 8 to 12weeks and they did fantastic full recommended 👏 thank steve schuck Stourbridge”

“If you’re having to deal with probate like we are, I strongly recommend you give these guys a call. When we found out we needed probate for mums house I contacted a few local solicitors who were very expensive for what seemed a straightforward probate (no tax to pay and a Will) I then did some online exploring and talked to a number of companies . Most of them had a way of over complicating what we needed by trying to add extra bits on or making out if we didn’t do ‘this and that’ it could cause us problems etc, essentially trying to worry us. When we spoke to Green lane, it was the complete opposite. No drama or complications, straightforward advice in plain English and sensibly priced. Great service, case manager was very knowledgeable but easy to deal with.”

“Having to pay inheritance tax, I was completely lost after having looked at the government forms as I initially thought I could do it myself but it’s a minefield and I realised I needed some help. Green lane literally took everything off my hands which was a huge relief and the service was faultless and they dealt with the HMRC and the probate registry quickly without any issues. I received the probate last week and even had a call today from Green Lane asking if I had any final questions or queries they could help me with. What a great service! Thanks to you all.”

“The whole process to obtain the Grant of Probate could not have been more simple with the help of Green Lane Legal. They started work for me on 4th June and I had the paperwork in my hand on 29th July.This was much quicker than the 12 to 16 weeks normally for this to happen.”

“I contacted Green Lane Legal to help sort out Probate for us. Richard was extremely helpful and so easy to deal with. We were told that it could take up to 16 weeks to get Probate but much to our relief it has only taken just over four weeks. I was thinking of doing the work myself but with their advice I decided not to do so and with such a competative fee costing around a third of what I'd been quoted elsewhere I definitely made the right choice. I would recommend them to anyone that needs legal help.”
