We're sorry you were not happy with the delivery service. DPD Local tried to deliver the goods to your address on the day specified but nobody was in to receive them. Because they were unable to deliver the items they were returned to us.
“Called up before placing My order to confirm the bundle I was buying g would suit the venue I needed it for. Very helpful and polite staff. Also pnce delivery came I noticed an item had been damaged in transit. After taking pictures and a few emails exchanged with the staff we are now in the process of having the damaged item exchanged.
