“Great exchange with passionate and helpful staff. HardBlock is especially great for regularly stacking sats and sending them back to your wallet. I compared CoinSpot Markets (low fee per transaction but high withdrawal fee), Bitaroo (great buy price and lowish withdrawal fee) and HardBlock (higher buy price but very cheap withdrawal fee). For the amounts I buy regularly, HardBlock works out cheapest after accounting for the withdrawal fee. Automated bitcoin withdrawals on the weekend once your balance reaches a you defined amount is especially cheap: only 99 sats! I contacted support with questions about Bitcoin privacy and was given expert advice. Justin went above and beyond to help me, levelling up my Bitcoin knowledge in multiple areas with clear explanations, links to articles and recommendations for how I can improve my privacy when using Bitcoin. HardBlock are clearly passionate about Bitcoin. They are involved and helpful in the community (/r/BitcoinAus). They are great educators through their podcast and newsletters. The HardBlock team are doing excellent work. I can't praise them enough. They also have the best name of any exchange!”

“Garbage. I’ve emailed them multiple times, with my confidential ID. Not sure if Hardblock is one big SCAM site or not. Cannot contact ANYONE. Stay away!”

“Very easy to use. Fund deposits and bitcoin withdrawals are quick. Takes POLiPay which is a bonus. The Support team are professional, very knowledgeable, and quick to respond to enquiries. (As a SA resident, very happy to support local). Keep stacking sats!”

“This is a fantastic little exchange for purchasing Bitcoin. There are no withdrawal fees to send your BTC (other than the miner fee) – unlike other exchanges which can charge more than $20 per withdrawal. The interface is clean and simple. Deposits via PayID are instantaneous. No option for limit orders unfortunately. But there is a dollar cost average (DCA) feature available to streamline regular purchases. Overall, a no nonsense exchange which just works. Support is friendly and efficient.”

“Hi everything is going great. The only issue i had was that the PoliPayments system no longer have Westpac Bank as a deposit funds option. But it is ok, because i use the EFT option now and deposit funds directly from my account using the provided bsb and ac number. I works really fast and no problems with clearing funds to purchase BTC. Cheers, Nick.”

Thanks, Nick! We appreciate the feedback. We're glad you found a work-around by using the EFT option, and we understand your disappointment that POLiPayments are no longer available with Westpac. Unfortunately, we don't have any influence over which banks are accessible via POLiPayment, as this is up to POLi and each individual bank themselves. However, this is why HardBlock aims to provide multiple payment options so users have at least a few choices!
