“Should be "nothing but hassle boilers customer service is non existence, please find another company..they sent contactor to service boiler and he blew up main board and blamed me saying I turned off power,no hot water no heating and its been minus 6,I'm disabled with parkinson's not that they were bothered, in all time had boiler its never worked properly, all as you get out of them is your in contract with us,....so please look elsewhere”
“AVOID! The original installation was ok, however it turn out that they haven’t registered the warranty or left us with the documentation to confirm compliance with building regs. Having now chased this, no one answers the phone, they have returned via email but despite acknowledging warranty should have been registered and building reg documents left with us, they have so far failed to rectify this. Terrible aftercare, they don’t appear to care once they have your money!”
“Been over a month since reporting a problem - 3 missed appointments by an engineer - problem progressively worse and boiler eventually flooded Kitchen today. Save yourself the hassle.”
“A half day installation turned into a marathon 13 hours with no water for the duration. Engineer left without checking system or timer, resulting in no heating or hot water for over 4 weeks. Continuous calls to customer service produced nothing but empty promises and a further 4 visits from engineers before the problems were remedied. Then had to chase them for two months to provide the promised guarantee. Very bad experience from start to finish.”
