“The auction-like process enables hiring managers like myself to work with the best recruiters and find the best candidates for our company's vacant roles. “It's an excellent website that made recruitment more straightforward for companies. Just post a job, wait for recruiters to bring in qualified candidates based on the description you have posted, and choose the recruiter who's candidate fits your requirements. From there, you can get in touch with your preferred recruiter and arrange an interview with the candidate they have forwarded to you. This process makes a lot of sense and definitely saves a lot of time.”

“Hey Recruiter provides a quick and effective way to fill out open roles with the help of seasoned recruiters. Just a couple of days in the platform and 3 job posts in, I was able to receive "bids" from different recruiters who forwarded the CVs of multiple qualified candidates they found particularly for the open roles I posted. The platform just made my work easier and less stressful.”

“Hey Recruiter is an absolutely great site, if you are looking to recruit without spreading your wallet think. It will also give you access to a highly skilled pool of candidates that were personally sourced and vetted by seasoned recruiters. Using this platform will definitely give more value to your money. I’m talking about this based on my experience using the site for recruitment.”

“As an owner of an early-stage business, I didn’t have a fully-fledged HR team to help me find new staff. Good thing Hey Recruiter was there. All I needed was add a role and wait for recruiters to make bids by forwarding candidates. Because of that I was able to gradually build my team even without an HR to rely on.”

“It was my first time using a service like this to recruit for one of my business’s open roles, and I wasn’t disappointed. The candidates that were forwarded to me by recruiters were equally qualified, making it a bit difficult to choose. At the end of the day though, I was able to pick great candidates and made a connection with a skilled and hardworking recruiter.”

What we love about it is that we were able to get more qualified candidates because recruiters can forward talents to us based on our job requirements. “We broadcasted our job openings via Hey Recruiter and was responded to by 3 recruiters, each with 2 candidates fitting what we are looking for. We ultimately hired one of the candidates forwarded to us by one of those recruiters. It only took us three days to complete the hiring process which usually takes us a couple of weeks to do in-house.”
