“The whole case took years to reach its conclusion. There where many aspects to sort out and present to different agencies. During this time my named solicitor changed but I was always kept up to date with exactly what was happening, what stage things had reached, as well as the contact details of my present named solicitor. If I was unsure of anything to do with the case I could contact and find out. I always found everyone pleasant and polite that I had to deal with. And I am grateful for the outcome. Thank you.”
