Goods arrived damaged, replacement also damaged with parts missing. On the plus side, customer service was very good and I accepted a full refund. This left me a very disappointed customer who will not be tempted to use the company again.

Delivery service rubbish and waiting to hear back from this site takes forever. Still waiting for my refund let’s see how long it takes. My advice goto ikea it’s a lot quicker and easier

Sadly we were very disappointed. The overall style of the radiator cover was perfect but unfortunately the quality and finish was poor. Several panels were not finished on the edges and others had been overpainted and had smeared or stick together. Customer service were very efficient in their response and issued me a full refund.

Small white radiator cover. Unable to erect and full refund given. Fault was damage to top shelf. Holes for fittings in the wrong place so unable to put any of it together. Customer services answered call right away and reviewed photos I had sent and confirmed refund

After seeing a few recommendations on Instagram, I went ahead to purchase 2 radiator covers on the 27th of July. Its the 18th of August and I still haven't received them. I have called customer care over and over and all I get is "your item has been scanned at the depot and will be delivered to you shortly". Never had to write a bad review before, but you made this all so easy! And the audacity to actually send me an email asking if I am happy with the product (that STILL hasn't been received) is laughable!! I will be sending the items back when they arrive and will be asking for a refund!

Cut a long story short 2 emails were sent to me 1 a dispatch confirmation and 1 a delivery track. 10 days later no delivery and had to ask for a refund on 3 separate occasions after they confirmed it hadent even been picked up for delivery now im still waiting for a refund.
