“I am reviewing only my interactions with the company and the shipping/packaging. I was able to with my HSA card. Getting through the initial setup steps was a bit cumbersome, and I was able to upload recent blood tests (so no additional bloodwork and testing fees). The wait between the initial uploads and getting the meds seemed a bit too long, but it was only a week or so. The shipping via UPS was fast and trackable. The actual packaging was a small styrofoam cooler in a normal cardboard box. The meds were slapped between two small ice packs and included syringes and basic instructions for administering the meds. Overall I am happy with receiving the meds and the the startup process. As of today I have been on the meds for three days and I do not feel any different (good or bad).”
