“We've just had a new kitchen floor fitted and I ordered some chair glides to protect it from potential damage when we're pushing out from the table while the chairs are still bearing weight. Easy to fit (I bought the nail fixing type) and 3 weeks or so on, they're doing their job well. They are German-made, so more expensive than those made in China, but I expect they will be more reliable in the long term.
Delivery was prompt.”

“I did finally get my delivery and the issue was clearly down to the postal strike. I would look at choosing and alternative carrier in future as the delivery was initially delayed and I had to purchase an alternative. Not your fault but annoying that it cost me twice.”
“Well I'd like to write a review but the product I ordered has not arrived.
Edit: Since writing that about a month ago Keay Vital Parts cancelled my order after one month awaiting delivery, refunded my payment and asked me to re-order which I did. The product arrived within a couple of days and seems of good quality.
I would have awarded 5 stars but why did I have to reorder? Keay knew I had not received the order, could they not just sent a replacement?”
“i ordered some tubular inserts for chairs and got them a day earlier than quoted very pleased with the product and price superb fitted same day will use again and recomend
