“I have bought many things from the KickAss line of products. All have been outstanding and the customer service has been great. One product in particular is their flashlight/area light/charging bank. It serves many purposes and many functions not normally found on a flashlight. I have several of both the large and small versions.”

“What can I say? I placed a relatively large order, and not only didn't I get the product I ordered, but I received something I didn't want instead. Then I have the pleasure of interrupting my day to return their mistake. To top it all off, the item I originally ordered is no longer available! I'm done with this company.”

“The products seem well made and work. Support is non existant, and the promise of ships same day if ordered by PST is not ture. I have partial delivery of an order from 17 Oct. Still waiting for the status to change from Label created to shipped.”

“I wouldn't know i ordered it 11 days ago and it still hasn't shipped from facility. Label created and that's it. Update after no response for 12 days they now say it's out if stock. No wonder the company is going out of business if this is how they run business. Now it will take 10 more days to refund my money. What a joke”

“2000w inverter was poorly packed has hole in outer box . Bench tested unit correct polarity 120 volt in 13,6 v dc on battery . 120v at outlets pressed on green led lit rcd worked .removed 120v ac did nt go to invert. Connect remote unit screen did not power up. The control panel end has 2 missing screws one hile deffinetly had one befor so it appeers I was sent a dud. Where do I send it back to? I had printed the users manuel also and followed it .”
