Rang up to order removal of a grab load of a few tonnes of earth (about a skip full) from my front garden on a Monday and they were there first thing on Tuesday and the load was removed in about half an hour. Around £100 cheaper than the road skip I would otherwise have had to order.”

“Poor service price agreed over phone and messenger took payment and charged me more than agreed without authorisation. Then dumped 20t of the wrong stone on a customers drive and had to remove it via grab ruining the sub base prep work.
After 2 weeks the still have not refunded £492 and have now blocked me via messenger etc and no longer take my calls.
Now in the hands of my credit card company.
