“Compré la cama barca y llegó en malas condiciones, el contenido de la caja estaba todo revuelto , sin precinto y el poliuretano del relleno estropeado.He tenido que escribir unos cuantoe emails para obtener respuesta y una vez me envian la etiqueta de devolución , la gran sorpresa es que NO me recogen la caja en mi domicilio si no que yo lo tengo que llevar al lugar de entrega siendo una caja de aprox 1,5 mx60x50 cm! Muy mal...
Desde luego que ni la materia prima es premium ni aún menos el servicio ofrecido. Ahora a esperar a ver cuando deciden devolverme el dinero!”
