“I have been a customer with Mouth Ulcer Shop for a number of years. During that time I have always been Pleased with the service they have offered me. My problem is a Dry Mouth Condition and there seems little available to remedy that problem.”

“Hi, I ordered some items from Mouth Ulcers Shop earlier in the month. I got a confirmation email that my order was on the way. I installed the "Shop" app to track my order, but there was no shipment date. I understand that the Covid-19 crisis has created delays in the logistics networks, but at least it would be reassuring to the customer to get some information regarding the shipment date or expected time of arrival instead of just complete silence! I am still waiting ...”

Hello Abe, Thanks for your feedback regarding delivery, we do email our customers when we have dispatched their item with an estimated date of arrival, which is usually between 3-5 working days however the pandemic has affected some deliveries so could be increased by a couple of days, there is a knows issue regarding our emails going into spam folders so it would be in there.
