Hello Barbara, We are very sorry to hear this. I have checked our records and can see that your order was shipped on the 2nd February via Royal Mail 2nd Class Mail. This shipping option does not come with any tracking. As you have still not received your order, unfortunately, I can only assume that it has been lost during delivery.
