“Awaiting order still poor service”

Hello Susan, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that you still have not received your order. According to our system, your order was shipped on the 31st of August via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. You should have received this by now. As this is not the case, we can only assume your parcel has been lost by royal mail and we are truly sorry on their behalf. “I made a booking by phone for an item as I am going through mouth radiotherapy. The item I requested I needed urgently and said this to sales team. A week later it turned up by 2nd class post. I sent the company an email via there website and they didn’t have the courtesy to respond. Great product bad service”

“I placed my order on 10/10/20 and was told it was on the way on 12/10/20. Despite sending two emails to mouth ulcers and gums I have not received an update or my order two weeks later. I’m very disappointed with this service.”

“I’ve always used you but then I recently placed an order, received a dispatch notice and then a refund! No goods arrived and I’ve emailed to ask what’s happened with no response! Really disappointed service especially when you are waiting for mouth ulcer treatment”

“Very disappointed, until this day didn't received my order. I want some refund but I been notified that is not possible because my goods already with Royal Mail, I'm not so convinced as RM does three delivery every to our address. Never again order anything from your company and advise other as well not to do business with you!”

“Terrible service. Ordered 4 packs of xylimelts which I need for sleeping on 8th April & the Co. allegedly sent on 9th April (although they never sent me any despatch confirmation). Still not received by today, 22nd April. I contacted the company & explained the issue that I'm not sleeping & the company weren't bothered & wouldn't even send me out 1 pack. I ordered 6 packs from another company yesterday & they have arrived today. So they have lost a regular customer.”
