“Why can’t Oralmedic be bought over the shelf”

“I have Xyli melts and i wouldnt know what i would do without them. I have Sjrogens Syndrome which means i havent got much saliva and putting one of these on my gums before sleep means i dont wake up so dry constantly throughout the night and therefore get a good nights sleep.”
