“I deeply appreciate the swift and professional manner in which NatureInBottle consistently ships all the products I've ordered. For more than two years, I've been a loyal customer of this company. Throughout numerous orders, my satisfaction has consistently exceeded expectations. In my last order, I accidentally ordered Bergamot Mint Essential Oil aka Citrata Oil instead of the Bergamot Oil I usually order from this website. I realized my mistake almost after 24 hours after placing my order, so I sent them an email requesting the change. Though the company had already shipped the order by then, they still recalled the order from FedEx and had my item changed. Now that is some really impressive customer service. “Not gonna lie, I was a little worried about ordering from this company after looking at their bad reviews, but because of their price I had to give it a try. I ordered some Chamomile essential oil as an ingredient for my range of body creams and lotions and it smell great, came in before estimated delivery date and VERY cost effective.
