Hi Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, HMRC had limited staff working this resulted in the delay. if you read our policy which clearly state that delay from HMRC is beyond our control.

“Quick and Professional. I did my rebate through them and I received my refund after 2 weeks they sent the application. They calculated minutely my documents so I could get more money that I was expecting! Definitely worth it!”
