“Der Einkauf wurde gut abgewickekt, die Payback-Punkte wurden auch gutgeschrieben. War alle gut, aber die Hose war zu gross. Habe ich wieder zurückgeschickt. Schade um den Nachlass von 10 %.”

“Odlo customer service has been no help whatsoever in helping track my order down. I’ve sent three emails and received nothing back other than to filll out a form. UPS delivered this order to another residence in Seaside OR USA; not to me or my home. UPS refused to tell me what address they delivered to; only that they delivered it to a wrong address. UPS confirmed to me that they delivered it to the wrong address, but they refused both a) to give me the address so I could go pick it up or b) have the driver pick it up and re-deliver it to me. They simply told me that I have to take this issue up with Odlo, which I find confounding since they are the one that caused the failure. Please refund my charges on my credit card as soon as possible. I cannot get the time back that I've wasted on this transaction, which has been a nightmare. I am sure Dan Eppler would not only be surprised that this kind of thing is going on within your company, he would also be disappointed as I am. I am hopeful that he has a better vision for the company that what I've experienced. Lastly, I am without the product that I ordered for my wife”
