“Nothing but good things to say about Old Boot Sofas. I placed an order online and they reached out right away to confirm and insisted on sending me a sample of the leather I chose to confirm 100% that I would be happy with it since I'd not been to the show room. The production and delivery time was spot on and the sales team were always reachable for any questions. We received the sofas today and are extremely pleased with the quality of the build and the leather. I would definitely recommend.”

“We were a bit concerned about buying a new sofa that we couldn’t try out because of the distance. But so pleased we took a leap of faith and went with your company. The new sofa and armchair are absolutely fabulous and we couldn’t be happier. The delivery was very good, can’t praise the two delivery men enough. Thank you x”

“We ordered a Bookworm chair 08/09/24, but changed our mind on the colour after we received a sample of the leather we had ordered. Great customer service here and Emma and Zoe were keen to make sure we were going to be happy with our choice. Paid balance 23/10/24 a week ahead of the chair being finished and the chair was actually delivered 12/11/24. Very pleased indeed with our choice, lovely leather and colour and the seat cushion backing is very stylish too. The chair is smaller than we had envisaged, but that’s down to us as we had all the measurements, and actually it fits our space much better than we had hoped. The chair is very comfortable we think it looks great in our sitting room. In all a very positive experience ordering from this small British company.”

“From browsing the showroom, the advice given, the colour swatches to take away and the ongoing communications, the service was faultless. The sofas were ready a couple of weeks early and the delivery was all arranged with ease. Excellent delivery company. Thoughtful, careful and even took their shoes off. We are very happy with the quality and comfort of the new sofas. All round faultless experience. Thanks very much.”

“Excellent quality sofas and excellent customer service . I was impressed by the extensive range of sofas and chairs with a huge choice a great quality fabrics. Zoe was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble, no pressure to purchase , some helpful regarding the different models . Show room super for testing the sofas and indeed looking at the range of fabrics . Zoe sent me lots of samples in a quaint little cardboard box - lovely touch . No pressure to commit . I was concerned that the sofas might not fit through my doorways , Zoe took the measurements of my hall and provided reassurance. Great attention to detail , I requested some stud work on the arms of my sofas , which is superb. Communication was robust throughout the order and I received a midway update on the progress of the sofas , then final date for completion. This was really helpful - delivered on time stated . Craftsmanship excellent . Delivery experience great,the delivery guys were courteous and respectful , ensured they protected their shoes when entering the house , arranged furniture , took packaging away , maintained communication regarding estimated delivery time. An outstanding small British business which is delivering beautiful furniture at a reasonable price. I have had lots of compliments about my bottle green sofas . I just love them. This company is second to none . Thank you Zoe and your team . Well done - I hope your business goes from strength to strength , it certainly deserves to .”

“I took a trip up to Matlock to the showroom which was a treat in itself. My sofa was ready sooner than planned but they were happy to look after it while I finished my decorating. It then arrived well inside the promised delivery schedule and was installed with care by their couriers. I’m delighted with the sofa which is perfect for my house and with the service Old Boot provided.”

“From first contact with old Boot Sofas, through to taking delivery, the whole experience was 'plain sailing.' Very helpful advice on fabrics and the selection of swatches I was interested in and more arrived the next day. I Would highly recommend this company and the staff were so friendly and helpful. “The only thing we can say about Old Boot Sofas is FABULOUS From start to finish everything has been brilliant We went to the show room in Matlock from Bewdley it was so worth the drive out The ladies were all great nothing was to much trouble and so much choice in fabrics & leather. We ordered 2 sofas but when we got home we we’re unsure of the colour so we we’re sent lots of leather samples to pick from . Had emails to tell us what stage our sofas were at at each stage . They we’re delivered today and we’re over the moon . The craftsmanship , quality of leather and the colour is spot on . We have nothing but praise for Old Boot Sofas Can’t thank you all enough for making it a smooth & pleasant purchase . Many thanks Colin & Di Wall”

“I cannot praise this company enough! The whole experience and service from the sales team was excellent. They were very helpful and informative, from choosing the upholstery material and responding to any questions I had immediately. The delivery company ABS were also great! I was a little concerned that it would be a tight squeeze but with determination they did an excellent job!”

“After a few hiccups at the beginning of the whole process, we eventually got exactly what we wanted. Throughout the whole experience Old Boots customer service was exemplary. They listened to our concerns and delivered if a little later than hoped a beautiful little sofa or snuggler as they describe it! The workshop listened to our feedback and the workmanship was very good. The leather is beautifully soft and the colour just what we wanted. The delivery too was fantastic! ASB Delivery Service were great and the two guys that delivered a sofa were lovely. They phoned to say they were 15 minutes away and when they arrived they covered their shoes before entering our house. They were very polite and respectful of our home, they unwrapped the sofa and put on the wooden feet. All in all the whole experience was wonderful. Old Boot Sofas were 5 star 🌟 so were ASB Delivery Services!!”

“Would just like to say that it has been a pleasure dealing with you all. Every aspect from placing order to receiving items went smoothly and we were kept up to date. Additional order requests were dealt with promptly and we have been very impressed with the order. Everything is great quality and finished to high standard, they are lovely. The delivery was on time and the staff took so much care, taking shoes off so they didn't get the living room carpet wet as it had been raining. I would certainly recommend you to anyone, just wish we had a bigger house and I wouldn't hesitate to buy some more ha ha! Thank you all very much”

“Took a leap of faith and ordered from a small swatch of fabric ( without seeing a fully made up version) but very pleased I did. Sofa is exactly the style I was looking for( but could not find in a store). Appears very well made and exactly as pictured. Good device throughout”
