Carl who came to pick Teddy up was such a down to earth person, took such good care, and respect when taking Teddy with him. Very polite and is a credit to the company. “Absolutely fantastic service, I was very upset after having lost my dog, they were recommended to me by the vet. Extremely helpful, very professional, each and every person I dealt with was kind and empathetic. I loved the emails too, to let me know when my dog was being cremated so that I felt more of a part of it, and also the texts when delivering her ashes back to me so I could track their progress. Loved the fact I could track Misty's journey from being picked up from animal hospital and taking back to crem then her journey home , I was handed her ashes hair n paw print and candle by a softly spoken lady who I felt she understood our sudden loss although misty was 10years old her heart disease made it impossible for us to take her back home from hospital, Thankyou so much for making her journey smooth and looking after her after her passing ❤️”
