From the moment I asked for there services the services I got was something I can only recall as very special, my kitten Charlie was collected from the vets I didn't see the collection but I was kept upto date via text and tracking, i knew my boy was in safe hands, I choose a lovely black sleeping cat urn just as charlie use to sleep. He was returned within 2 weeks and returned to me with the most caring gentle way in a lovely bag. The candel was beautiful and is still going strong, I felt cared for and I know my boy did so thank you so very much I feel my boy is close 💙 your services are amazing and I truly believe you care about them just as much as we did
