Unfortunately I can not leave my identity, For personal reason I will be anonymous, but I signed up for the ACADEMY the £12k course I completely regret it.
This is a long story but I will keep short.
After failing to attend his crash course I was told By his staff I could attend a discovery day at his house. £500 to attend, with the promise of an 1:1 and a business plan or an idea on where and how to start my property journey. WRONG!
The day was a more small copy of the crash course. We were a small group of 10 people, each of us paid £500 to spend time with SL but we only got a small version of his crash course. ( not me saying but people who attended the crash course) the focus that day was to SELL, sell all his courses, specifically THE ACADEMY, his £12k. Believe it or not Me and 3 others purchased this expensive course, one of us had to take a loan to pay the 12k course, I paid in full that day. Details apart, long story short, hours later I regretted, I contacted them to cancel but they wanted a valid reason for the cancellation. The reason was personal as well but I had to provide them with a reason and also proves so they could consider to give me a refund. After a couple weeks they asked me for more proves because they were not satisfied with the proves I provided.I refused to send them any more proves of my personal reason for asking a refund and after that they stop replying my phone calls, email or texting message. Completely ignored me.
I reach my bank and open an dispute to get a full refund. Samuel Leeds took a month to reply back and he sent some documents challenging the dispute, refusing to give me the money back, SL claimed that whatever reason I provided to get a refund was not a good enough, I sing ed a contract with TERMS AND CONDITIONS and refund wouldn’t be possible. Detail, I didn’t remember and I didn’t know that the FORM they asked me to sign was a contract, the contract he was talking about was a form with my details that they asked me to FILL AND SIGN, terms and conditions were at the back in small writing, not once was mention to me that Whatever I was signing that day was a contract, also never mentioned about not getting a refund. Completely misleading.
This story is long so I’m trying to be short.
I challenged his response for a no refund and my bank actually was on my favour and thank god refunded my money back.
After this episode I realised that SL is taking advantage of vulnerable people.
Samuel Leeds calls himself a millionaire, but he was fighting for my £12k, that was the only money I had, begging for my money back ( did not make this men who claims to serve GOD and do charity, helping the poor people ) was not enough.
I’m not saying everything he says is a lie about property, u can learn a lot from him but he is not being 100% honest with people. If you want to learn with him, I would advise to go to his free course, or simply watch his YouTube videos. DO NOT PAY for it. If you want to pay look into it first, after going through this I found a lot of bad reviews and know a lot of people unhappy with his service and are taking him to court. I was definitely going to take a lawsuit against him if I didn’t get my money back but luckily I did.
This men is a scammer to me. A millionaire who spend his time teach people all this for free? He probably makes more money selling his course then actually buying properties.
Also, he doesn’t have that many successful students, check his comments section on YouTube or Instagram, why all this people who got financially free by with his help never comment on his videos, he should have much more comments, no tags of his students, or the people who became financially free on Instagram people so u cannot track anyone and check if they are really doing that well.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. U might not be that lucky.”
