“I received the package with the seal opened I didnt know as to why or had any reason for it. To be honest I haven’t used the protein I’ve just went to my local protein powder place to get another product. I haven’t yet found another review like mine so I’m not sure how often this happens but Yh it happened to me :(”

Hi Farhad!! Welcome to the Mix! So, so sorry for the disappointment here... no, i've not seen or heard about any issues with the seals on these Applied tubs either so i'm guessing just bad luck at the factory with a weak heat-seal or perhaps a big knock in transit here (couriers are very heavy-handed sometimes! 🤦‍♂️) ...you should have just given us a shout, though!! Easy fix here! Please just contact the support team on usual address - support@proteinpickandmix.co.uk - with your order details (and, if you have them, any photographs if the delivery was damaged or in a real state when it reached you...anything like that!!) and we'll be able to sort a return on the defective tub and get a replacement out *right away*!! 🙂 Apologies again!
