“The product is brilliant but I have to search online for the collogen drinks as I cant buy them from Proto-col direct as you send me more & go into my PayPal account & advise I have autherised a payment when I know nothing about it. This has happened twice now where we have had to phone to cancel another unautherised order. If you check you will see I have been using the product for years & is a disgusting way to treat a loyal customer where your business ethics regarding autherising a PayPal payment without my permission is not on.”
