Dear Client, We are sorry for the inconvenience, however, we'd like to give an explanation. You choose the "cash on delivery (COD)" payment method, which means our partnered courier collects the money from you and they then wire the money to our company bank account. When a courier charges you, no receipt is created, since it's different then say, paying in a store where there is a cashier and cash register. In the case of a Paypal by Stripe (credit card) or Paypal, the receipt would've been sent to you automatically by email.
