Rainbow Clinical Partnership is a specialist private psychiatric service offering ADHD and autism assessments and treatment for adults and children across the UK.

Our consultant psychiatrists provide comprehensive, NICE-compliant ADHD assessments and autism (ASD) assessments, including detailed diagnostic evaluations and personalised treatment plans, with medication management where appropriate.

“To be upfront, I have Bipolar, ADHD, Fibromyalgia and GAD, some parts hereditary and other parts trauma based. I had an assessment done with Dr Vilanova for ADHD, which confirmed my diagnosis from when I was much younger. Shortly after this I asked if he could look after me full time. He has been caring, intelligent, kind, compassionate, involved, open to opinions and really really listens to you. I know my case is complex and there are many moving parts, but he has taken it all in and even done research involving pieces of my issues. I came to a crisis point recently where I was suicidal. We had an appointment with Josef, my husband and myself. My meds were changed and we agreed between all of us that I was safe as my husband works from home, he is also supportive and involved with my medical catalogue. It was 3 weeks later that he saw me again, and I could tell Josef was seriously concerned for me. We went back and forth multiple times, checking if I was still suicidal (I am great at pretending I am fine) or just really depressed. The meds have been adjusted again and I will see him in 3 weeks again. He told me as well to contact him anytime if I felt or my husband felt I was moving into suicidal state again. This man I can say with utter confidence has saved my life. Not to forget Andrew, he has been the best front facing person I have met so far in over my 40 years of being in therapy. Always kind, supportive, never a gate keeper and I think most importantly he treats you like you are a human being. Angelique”

“I have found the experience of my assessment to be both warm and professional. Dr Vilanova was obviously very knowledgeable in this field. He took the time to explain to me how ADHD affected women in mid-life, which was a radically different experience from feeling dismissed by previous professionals. I was also impressed by the ease of the assessment process, the multiple reminders and friendly contact by the administrative team. I would recommend this practice without any hesitation.”

He spent around three hours with me and my wife going through our son’s childhood, development, behaviours, challenges and day-to-day needs in great detail. He was professional, thorough, focused and very attentive throughout. His questions were clear and to the point, but also sensitive and respectful. We felt listened to and understood, and it was clear that he was carefully building a full picture rather than rushing through the process. His attention to detail gave us confidence that our son’s experiences and needs were being properly considered.
