“My shopping experience was good. Website easy to use, a good black Friday sale and items arrived fairly quickly. However the quality of two of the dresses was dissapointing considering the cost. 1940's Melody Shirtwaist in gridlock had an unsewn portion of the hem. Would be difficult for a non sewer to have that color thread in addition to sewing the hem. The 1940's Shirtwaist in berry red has is mis-sewn(bunchy) at the zipper. The Vintage Style Blue Abstract Print Shirtwaister Dress is sewn very well and I am very satisfied with this dress.”

“At first i thought that the clothing was a little on the expensive side, but having taken the plunge and bought a Spear point shirt i was quickly impressed with the quality and fit. Since then I have ordered other items such as the 1940's Granville Herringbone suit, mid century corduroy trousers and other clothing and not once have i been disappointed in the quality or fitting and to top it all everything is despatched and delivered very quickly. Revival Vintage, well done to you all, you have one very satisfied and happy customer.”

“I bought a set of three braces from Revival and I'm chuffed to bits. They look great with their leather fittings. I've just had to get the sewing kit out to convert my trews to wear them! I'll definitely be back!”

“Bought the black trilby hat and fillers, but it turns out my head is bigger than I thought and the hat is a perfect fit. It looks great, is 100% wool and much better than the crushable hats as it will stand up to being constantly lifted in the presence of a lady. Just wonder if any future editions might be lined which could add to its good looks; and also if they might come in other colours, eg a dark grey. Overall a lovely bit of kit delivered safely and swiftly. Thank you!”

We wouldn't class the materials as thin in these trousers, however they were designed with all climates in mind and we think they can be worn in both warm and cold weather without issue. “Thank you for the first class service that you have provided for all of the items I've purchased. I WILL be buying more! The garments really are fantastic. The Yale Blue Tweed Pegs are FANTASTIC and the shade of blue is such a great choice....would love to see a 50's tweed Box Jacket in this colour. Can't beat tweed.... It would be nice to see the pegs in alternative colour tweed too ( maybe line them and use buttons?) or in a heavier cloth for the colder weather (not Polyester lol) Nothing major, I did have to reinforce the stitching in the waistband where the current fixing is attached..it was just a minor issue and easily fixed and doesn't impact the overall design of the pegs. Maybe a Button fastening would have been better??”
