“Matt Kerr has been there every step of the way guiding and supporting us. Though I know he has many clients, Matt's service, responsiveness and attention made us feel like we were always his priority. He was able to answer every question and was patient throughout. In addition to helping us understand coverage options, his knowledge of Columbus provided added context and confidence in our choices. We feel very fortunate that Seniority was available for us and that Matt in particular was our guide.”

“I am SO glad that I attended a Medicare and Muffins meeting last July. Before I attended that meeting, I did a bit of research into the Medicare system. It quickly became very clear to me that I needed to talk with someone that knew a lot more about Medicare than I did. The Seniority Benefit Group has helped me through the entire process of selecting an insurance provider that will give me the best benefits for my money. SBG answered all of my questions and explained all options that were available to me. It has truly been a pleasure to work with Chip during this entire process. “We worked with Camden who first explained the process through a zoom meeting, and went over some of the options we had available. Then we finalized our health insurance plans in their office. Both presentations, mine being Medicare options, and my wife looking for a Medicaid plan. Both presentations were exactly what we were after, Cam also helped us through the process of enrolling both our options, until we received confirmation on both ends. Very professional and courteous, we would highly recommend his services.”

“Very happy with the whole process. Was offered multiple choices and explanations of the advantages of each choice. Was not rushed through the experience. The advisor, Cam, was knowledgeable and patient while I had to deal with my prior job's federal red tape.”
