“after 20-30 hours of breaking these speakers in the distortion in these at just above normal listening levels is bad and the amp is maybe turned half way up”

“Not happy at all. Shoes I connected everything when straight into protect mode. Now I have to deal with getting my money back. Or replacement model. And a very unhappy wife. I've installed six other systems in all of my cars over the years never had problems.”

“I got the speakers but not the bass control I reach out about it but was told I need to take a picture of the box but with kids destroyed the box so now couldn’t do that now still out a bass control knob even if I bought it”

“My stock 2001 had 3 blown speakers and they sounded better than what I ordered, especially for how oversized the magnets were compared to standard depth speakers, I expected more from the brand”

“Good overall but you must be careful when installing as the rubber hangs over the screw holes and will grab a screw and rip. I sent pictures to support but they never responded. Overall a pretty disappointing first purchase.”

“These subs sounded great. Really good quality box for a 2017 Ram 2500. Had it paired with a 1000.1 amp. They blew out within 10 minutes of having them run with about 25% of volume through it. Maybe it’s just a bad pair of them. I sent them back with a 30 day warranty. Really upset I spent money on something that only lasted 10 minutes. Hope the next set they send will be different”

“Hello, I’m not pleased with these subwoofers. They have the correct power being supplied to them but when the voice coils get just a little bit warm they begin to burn and smell very bad. I’ve never had this issue with Sundown audio subwoofers. Please explain to me why they are designed to heat up so fast and smell bad. I’ve been an audiophile for over 20yrs and something out of the box should not respond to power like this.”
