“I bought this enclosure for my '89 Cadillac Brougham project. Upon delivery, I found a structural blowout inside the box hidden behind the insulation and an exterior chip. I followed the rules and emailed support on January 4th with photo documentation. It has been over a week and I haven't heard a single word from a human. Yet, somehow, their automated system had no trouble finding my email to ask for this review. If you're looking for a company that stands behind their product or even bothers to reply to a customer in a timely manner, look elsewhere. The hardware might look okay, but the service is a total failure.”

“Looks good sounds good. However you can’t open the rear compartment with it in place. So when it says you don’t lose any cargo space that is false. Also disappointed that the site recommended a wiring kit that I purchased without reading over it. It had 8ga power wire. So I had to buy another kit. There isn’t really a better option so I’ll live with it.”

“Sucks really bad. No one is helping me get my amplifier I purchased last month ik it takes 3 to 5 day's but 15 day's is some BS. It was 2 hrs away from my house last Friday now the SOB is in PA that's several states away. N i e email several times and they just show it to get to me Monday Jan 5th. WTF is my amplifier.”
