“I bought a pair of the lace trimmed chub rub shorts. despite fitting well and not riding up, the lace is so incredibly itchy that i can't wear them. unfortunate that i wasted my money. I may consider buying a non-lace pair in future.”

“It's very expensive with hardly any special offers, The post is expensive unless you spend lots. You have to pay postage on returns. Also they're often out of stock of many things on their website. Instead of bringing out different types of clothing, they should concentrate on having things in stock. I'm glad I lost weight so it won't feel like the only option. The bra was nearly £30 and not much different than many other non wired bras and the cup was too small.”

“I bought the caramel latte sheer tights. They were much more opaque than I expected (I wanted a sheer neutral), but I went with it. Unfortunately, they rode down in the crotch all day long, and when I took off my shoes I discovered holes in BOTH toes.”

“Ordered a surprise colourful pack- Recieved dark green, dark purple and brown (who buys brown tights!!??). Poor customer service, 'false' deals cos these certainly aren't a nice colourful set! Super, super expensive tights- I'd go elsewhere.”

“Ordered tights on 16th Oct, now 1st Nov and no tights. Email blaming computer problems! Want a refund and have asked twice, no reply, no refund either. Steer clear and buy local....”

“1- The order took nearly 3 weeks to reach me. 2- The sizing was WAY off, ordered two pairs. Tried to try on one and couldn't get them past my knees. so... 3- Was told that the "worn" pair could not be returned but I could return the other pair /at my own cost/ 4- The cost to ship 16 oz of tights back across to the UK starts at $35 5- The feel of the tights was so rough and scratchy I'm sure I would have hated them had I been able to get them on. Lesson learned, buyer beware indeed.”

“Sadly they remind me of school tights, tight at the elastic band and no support across the tummy. I was hoping for a nice even gentle hold and they are pretty uncomfortable. I'll stick with my cycling shorts!”

“I ordered snag tights last year and was happy with them. I ordered them again this year and two months later I have received one pair of tights but I'm still waiting for another pair to arrive. The tights I have received are a bit fit - not as described in the sizing and very tight in the waist. They also have pilling after only two wears. Very disappointed in this company and will never order from them again”

“Potion Tights (Red/Black), Size C. Starting with the packaging, its such a joy - like an old bag of sweets or something, just a colourful paper bag, no plastic at all which is exactly what you want in this day and age. On the actual tights, they are not budget brand tights, they are good quality, the material feels strong, you'll get a lot of use out of them. There's a really good sizing chart on their website, and as a result the tights fit perfectly, I'd give them 10/10 for comfort alone. I totally love them and I'm going to get back into stripey tights after trying these! #snagpotion #snagtights”

“These scammers sent me tights that were already destroyed and when they couldn't talk me out of a refund they started ghosting me. I have to get a chargeback from my bank and I have no doubt their online reviews are fraudulent”

“Very comfortable but not as durable as advertised. Already have a hole on one foot and a run on the other after only 2 wears. They're nice, but if you're a petite lady like me and don't need bigger sizes, not really worth the price or the wait for shipping. I like the stretchy waistband but if they're going to tear after only 2 days, I'll stick to the tights I buy at the drugstore, which don't fit quite as well but are much cheaper and equally tough, if not more so.”

“actually brought a tear to my eye this morning. I'm 52 and I finally found a pair of tights that are perfect. I have a difficult shape. Very small waist very large legs very long legs yet very short waisted. Whew!!! Worked in plus size retail for 17 years tried them all and finally gave up till now. Thank you!!! they don't roll, they don't bind, they don't chaffe, they don't pill, they don't have seams that leave you raw in the thighs. Just thank you for finally getting it right. I am going to go shop now!!”

“Amazing tights, so soft,comfortable with no rolling down and hard wearing and excellent value for money. I have bought several pairs for myself and my granddaughter. Delivery is reasonably priced and quick. This company is a shinning example of how customer service should be. I can’t rate them highly enough and will certainly continue to use them. I had an issue with one pair of tights and emailed them, to be honest I was expecting the usual arguements that seem to be the norm these days with all complaints, but no, super speedy response and replacement pair sent out all within 24 hours. AMAZING, 1st CLASS, SUPERB, HIGHLY RECOMMEND”
