“The quality of product is great, very pricey expected better packaging for the price, on top of the custom fee an extra £66 so no benefit from taking10% off in Black Friday really not worth the price”

Hey Lisa, thank you for your feedback. We are glad you like the quality, but we are incredibly sorry that the overall costs and the packaging disappointed you :/ While we have no control over UK customs fees, we clearly failed to make the value and the unboxing experience feel worth the extra investment for you. We messed up if our Black Friday discount felt "eaten up" by these extra costs, and we take your comment about the packaging very seriously. We have sent you a message to discuss your order and see how we can make this right for you.

Hey Claudine, first of all, we are incredibly sorry. You’re absolutely right—10 days is way too long :/ To be honest, we got hit with way more orders than expected during the Black Friday rush. We are only human, and despite our best efforts, we fell behind schedule. We messed up here and we sincerely apologize for making you wait. We have prioritized your order, and it is being handed over to the courier as we speak. You should receive a tracking update shortly.
