Also, the returns process can be long and drawn-out - an item I returned took 2 months (UK based) to be processed even when I reached out to customer support.

I would love to be able to buy from here again, as the clothes are absolutely my style, but I would probably only do so if there was a sizing chart and/or exact measurements easily visible when purchasing, especially as you have to pay for returns.

Gorgeous clothes!! Brilliant customer service, returns and refunds also really easy.
Sadly not great value for money - I’ve found a lot of loose threads/things coming apart on multiple items, so not the best quality fabric/craftsmanship for the price.
