The most important thing is the aftercare when you arrive in the US. There was a problem with our accommodation and though other J1 students accepted it in the past Usit agreed and we were moved to a much more upmarket place to work immediately. The whole team in Usit were amazing including Graham Higgins who worked very quickly with the ground people in America to sort this out as it was the first time Usit used this property. The team really cared that the boys were looked after.
To me the most important thing is the standard of aftercare that was given to my son.”
