Well I ordered these coming up nearly a month ago and still haven’t received them. A lot of back and forth with the customer service team because Royal Mail haven’t done their job but I’m expected to keep waiting. To be honest considering this was my first order and I needed these for an event I’m not impressed at all.

These didn’t fit well or look good material is very cheap. I asked to return straight away - it’s been over 2 weeks I emailed more than once and on social media and no one has got back to me for I can return. Terrible customer service and terrible leggings.

Was looking forward to these items but hitting 3 weeks and not received. My email was ignored and now Klarna are chasing me up and if i don't pay it will affect my credit score. I dont intend to pay for items i have not recived. Finally got a reponse to say 1 item is lost and 1 is delayed but too late now as klarna needs to be paid and i no longer need items.

Awful quality, the crotch area was loose but the rest of the leggings were tight, so it gave me a saggy look, and I have been trying to get a response from customer service for over a week via email, and social media, reading my messages and not replying! disgusting customer service

I order 25/11-22 and payed for it advance, but I havent recieved my packed yet (I talk to the delivery agent, and they have not heard from tou yet) and you dont apply any of my attempts to contact you... Your declared within 3-6days delivery So im not impressed or have any good to say about your business 😡 I want my money back or my order delivered ASAP Tina Klug

I'm still waiting for an order from 24th of November. Apparently it was shipped on the 25th, but Royal Mail has not received it according to the tracking link. I've emailed, but no response. No other way to contact them. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Placed order 19th March and still waiting. I should have known better my last order during the blackfriday sale got "lost" and they didn't have the items in stock to send replacement?? Although items were then back in stock, I was waiting for ages before I was told they had lost the order. Just be careful as customer service vv poor.
