“I’ve been using vape simple for 8months now. Not only has it halved my vape bill also it is the cleanest liquid I’ve tried. SVC labs create a quality product which in my opinion is the safest on the market .”

“So I ordered a starter pack which came with a free extra coil and tip etc… But the coil was the wrong one sent out in the box.Asked for some customer support, 0 answer…. Just maybe go to a shop where they will be able to help you, and if anything’s wrong they will sort you out then and there.”

“I have been a loyal customer since I started vaping in 2020 - their flavours are second to none, and their customer service is great. I've had some issues getting my flavour in stock in my mg but they contacted me and talked me through a solution rather than just cancelling my order. Whenever I place an order it's really quickly collected and dispatched, or ready to collect.”

“I made a booboo having ordered the previous Sunday, by the following Friday still no parcel so phoned the store asking had they even sent it? I was informed I'd forgot to tick free postage so it was down as click & collect (silly me) so they sent it next day & Saturday it arrived... Can't fault Vape Simple for customer service over 6 odd years my supplier.”
