“We recently had air conditioning installed by WarmZilla and the whole experience was really positive from start to finish. We got a few quotes before deciding, and WarmZilla came in with the best price for the system we wanted. After doing quite a bit of research and speaking to a few companies, we also felt they were the best installers for the job, and they certainly lived up to that. The installation team turned up when they said they would, were polite, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. The quality of the installation is excellent, everything was finished neatly, and they left the house spotless. They also took the time to explain how the system worked before they left. The customer service was excellent throughout as well. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and we were kept informed every step of the way, which made the whole process really straightforward. Overall, we're delighted with the installation and wouldn't hesitate to recommend WarmZilla. Great price, excellent workmanship, and first-class customer service from start to finish.”

“At 88 years of age, I don't often write reviews, but I felt I had to make an exception because the service I received was simply wonderful. From the very beginning, everyone I dealt with was kind, respectful, and incredibly patient. As someone of my age, taking on a large project can feel quite overwhelming. There are often things you don't fully understand, and naturally you worry about how everything is going to come together. However, from the first conversation, the staff made me feel comfortable and reassured. What impressed me most were the engineers who came to carry out the work. They arrived with a smile, introduced themselves properly, and treated me with genuine respect throughout. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for them. They took the time to explain what they were doing in simple terms, answered every question I had, and never once made me feel like I was being a nuisance. The job itself was far from straightforward. There were challenges along the way, and at times I wondered whether everything would be able to go ahead as planned. Yet the engineers remained calm and positive throughout. Whenever a problem appeared, they would discuss it together and come up with a solution. Watching them work gave me tremendous confidence because it was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. What stays with me most is the way they made me feel. Having workers in your home for a significant project can sometimes be stressful, particularly when you are elderly and live alone. Instead, I felt completely at ease. The engineers had a way about them that made me feel safe and looked after. They were considerate of my home, respectful of my routine, and always checked that I was happy before moving on to the next stage of the work. The office staff deserve just as much praise. Every phone call was answered politely, every query was dealt with promptly, and I was kept informed throughout the entire process. It felt as though everybody involved genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for me rather than simply getting the job finished. In a world where good customer service seems harder and harder to find, this company stands out. The professionalism was excellent, but more importantly, the people were excellent. They showed kindness, patience, and understanding from start to finish. Looking back now, what could have been a very daunting experience turned out to be a positive one thanks to the dedication of the team. I am extremely grateful to everyone involved and would not hesitate to recommend them. It is rare to come across people who combine such skill with genuine care for their customers, and I feel very fortunate to have been in such capable hands.”

“We’ve just had a new air conditioning system installed by WarmZilla at our London property and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional and clearly very knowledgeable. Everything was explained clearly, the installation was neat and tidy, and the system works perfectly. One unexpected benefit has been how much quieter the home feels. Being able to keep the windows closed has made a big difference with outside noise, which is a real plus in London. “I have a monthly payment plan with WarmZilla and the experience has been completely unsatisfactory. It took an excessive amount of time and numerous emails just to arrange a routine boiler service. After the service was finally completed, the boiler was left dripping and leaking. It has now been 20 days and despite repeated reassurance that the issue was being treated as urgent, it remains unresolved. There has been no meaningful communication or action. This company shows no regard for customer care. I would strongly advise avoiding them altogether. They take your money and provide little to no service in return.”

“I recently had a new boiler installed by WarmZilla and the whole process was exceptional. From the moment I made the enquiry to final setup, communication was clear and every step was handled with care. The booking was easy, the quote transparent, and the engineering team turned up on time. The installer was polite, tidy and very knowledgeable — they explained how everything works, tested the system thoroughly, and left the site clean. “Got recommended WarmZilla and I'm so glad I went with them. Getting a quote was so quick and easy and gave me the option to pay on finance (interest free!) which is a huge relief as getting a boiler can be costly. Shoutout to Josh and Caryl for making sure I was informed every step of the way to dates of the installation, what time the engineer would arrive, and even going beyond to call after it called installed to check if I had any further questions. All in all, very happy with the service provided from WarmZilla and will recommend them to anyone”

“This was the best and easiest boiler installation ever. Survey took away the uncertainty of buying a boiler. And I could spread the cost over 2 years without interest was just what I needed! And the customer support was amazing, between Josh and Caryl, they both always made sure to keep me informed, the communication was empathetic and clear. A great experience and one I'd happily do again.”
