“Jason Brown handled my every need but it was a long process coming. There were technical difficulties and I still not have backdoor access to the site. “With a thriving business, in the middle of redesiging my website, my former designer became ill and my site was a mess. I was losing credibility by the second. Ryan Paul convinced me to let website design tree take on my new site and then host it. After 6 months of grief with my old site, I just figured I would give in and see if this company could deliver on its promises. I am here to tell you that as excited as I was about what Ryan and Jason made me envision, I am a million times MORE excited now that my site is done. Jason Brown was assigned to my project. My site was very complicated with many moving parts. Other services declined to work with me because it was above their technical capability. Jason however, assured me that he would deliver and come through for me. Through the entire process we had text corrections, graphic alterations, crazy google email hurdles, even mistakes I made that had to be corrected. Not only did Jason deliver for me, but he was available by phone, text and e mail. During the process, almost every morning at 10 am I either had a text, phone call or email from Jason asking me to examine the latest updates and changes. In the middle of the process I was in the Caribbean on a cruise with no phone service and poor wifi, but Jason was RELENTLESS, absolutely relentless, in making contact with me. Always, always, he was there pushing and pushing his team to get me across the finish line. Even over Christmas and New Years, Jason and Ryan stayed close to me. I never had to worry or search for them long. Many of my clients are Fortune 500 even Fortune 50 accounts and they have been stunned by the beauty of my webstie. My website doesn't just look professional, Jason gave me all the functionality I asked for and a bunch I didn't even know about. He pointed out security measures that were missing in my old site. These guys don't just build websites. If you just want a website, a thousand people can do that for you. Jason and Ryan will become partners in your dreams. They actually listen to your goals, and not just help you get to them, but sometimes, change your mind and save you from your own ignorance and misunderstandings about websites. There are not enough words for me to convey what a top notch company Website Design Tree is, and how over the call of duty Jason and Ryan went for me. I am not just happy with my website, I am happy with my new friends. The company is terriffic, but the people? They are beyond words. They were more attentive and responsive than my own friend who operates a website and hosting company in my own home town. If you do not let them build and host your website, I promise you, you will settle for a second rate product. Gob Bless Website Design Tree, Ryan Paul, Jason Brown, and Ben for putting my mind at ease and developing a world-class website for my company, wateristhenewgold, which, if you add the dot com, you can see for yourself.
