“I ordered front and rear wipers for my 2020 VW Golf. The rear wiper did not fit, it was too long by an inch and the fitting did not match those on my car wiper, so it could not be fitted. I attempted to contact Wipewave multiple times vis their on line enquiry form and e-mail address with no response. I then tried to phone the "customer service number" many times, but no one ever answered. Delivery was fast, but after sales service is non-existant, so I would avoid this company.”

“I entered my car registration and purchased the wipers which WipeWave said on their website were compatible for my car. When they arrived they were not compatible and had the wrong fittings. Their website had offered free returns and recommended contacting them directly to initiate a returns. I have tried for a full week now to do this. I have called their number repeatedly. First, no reply for days. Now the line is dead. Has my number been blocked? I also emailed the company days ago to request a returns. No reply!!! This is ridiculous. My advice; whilst the service is prompt regarding delivery, that is where the benefits end. Product was not as described and zero opportunity to return. Not to mention how mind wrecking and time consuming this whole experience has been. As a matter of principle, I may take this matter further.”

“Ordered some wiper blades on the 13th of July didn't recieve them emailed company three times with no reply then get an email inviting me to leave a review what a joke just glad I paid with PayPal got my refund now I'm going to order from a more reliable company thank you for the experience”

“Ordered wiper blades for my motorhome and 1st site that actually finds my vehicle, wipers Ordered Wednesday evening and delivered Friday lunchtime by royal mail and free postage. Tried fitting the new parts Ordered and didn't even take 5 minutes to fit Tried them out in heavy rain and worked great no smears just perfect clearing”

“I used the online service of inputting my registration, confirmed the make and model of my car and Wipewave reccommended the correct wipers for my car. They arrived and they do not fit my car. I had a mechanic double check this for me and they are no where near a match. Meanwhile no one has returned any correspondence to me regarding a refund. Return information is no where to be found on their website. Extremely disappointing.”
