“The process of sorting sickness cover was really simple. As a newly self-employed person I didn't really know where to start. Eleos was clear, easy to understand and completely transparent. The benefits that come with it too made it an easy decision to make! I'd highly recommend them.”

“I've found Eleos so helpful in explaining possible options to me. Finance isn't an area I'm familiar with, and the advisor explained things to me in easily understandable terms, and somehow, even made the conversation enjoyable. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. The company have kept in light touch, making it easy for me to reach out for advice again if I need.”

“Eleos Insurance is the only company I have found that has provided excellent customer service along with fair rates and ease of service, to be honest I found Eleos to be more efficient than the other larger companies, they truly care about their customers and that is definitely felt by the customer should you contact them or need to claim you can be assured that Eleos will be there for you without ridiculous excuses to decline you such as the larger companies do, I have full confidence that should I require Eleos to assist me, I am 100% in the best hands possible. Thank you for being awesome. Mr Porter”

“I’m glad I’ve discovered Eleos as I’m self employed and it gives me peace of mind. I was also extremely impressed with their customer service, they replied to my email enquiry immediately and solved my issue. I also had a follow up call, from a very friendly representative, shortly after I took the policy out to inform me of the extra services they provide which I was not aware of but were definitely useful. I felt immediately valued as a customer and I was also very happy with the premium cost…having done a lot of research I found they were very reasonable and worth the price.”
